Terms of Service & Refund Policy

Last updated: 30 May 2026

These terms govern your use of the AI3D audio-reactive visualizer and any paid access (the “Service”), provided by AI3D (“we”, “us”). By using the Service or completing a payment, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Summary: AI3D is an experimental product offered for testing purposes. Access is sold “as is”. All sales are final — there are no refunds.

1. The Service

AI3D turns audio into real-time 3D visuals in your web browser. It is provided as an evolving, experimental ("beta") tool. Features, availability and pricing may change or be withdrawn at any time without notice.

2. Testing purpose

Paid passes and plans are offered to let you test and evaluate the Service. By purchasing, you confirm that you are buying access for testing and evaluation purposes and that you understand the Service is experimental and may contain bugs, interruptions or incomplete features.

3. Payments & access

4. No refunds

All sales are final and non-refundable. Because the Service provides immediate access to a digital product supplied for testing, you agree that you waive any right to a refund or to cancel once access has been granted, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be excluded.

5. Audio & privacy

Audio analysis runs locally in your browser. Audio from your microphone or imported files is processed on your own device in real time and is not uploaded to or stored by us. We do not require an account to use the visualizer.

6. Acceptable use

Use the Service lawfully. Only use audio you are entitled to use. Do not attempt to disrupt, attack, reverse-engineer for malicious purposes, or resell the Service without permission.

7. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or browser.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding month. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
